“20 under 20” is a juried art exhibit showcasing 20 emerging artists from Collin County. The selected 20 artists have to be under the age of 20 at the time of the exhibit and are competing in all types of media. The Allen Arts Alliance and Comerica Bank awarded monetary prizes to the top 3 finalists: Oleg Alexeev, Aanchal Mohapatra, and Elija Ruhala.
